- Who actually charges me?
- Paddle.com, as our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing and applicable taxes, and is the name on your statement; Voltara Systems provides the software. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual is monthly × 10 — two months free, on every tier. The Wedge Bundle, for example, is $4,990 / yr instead of twelve months at $499.
- Is there a free trial?
- No — we do not run trials. The pay-per-PDF study is the on-ramp — buy one bankable study and judge the output. Demos are founder-led.
- What counts as a seat?
- A named login with a role — the platform ships a 17-role permission model with server-gated actions, so an engineer, an accountant and a site manager each count as one seat. Plans include 1 / 5 / 10 seats; extra seats are +$49 per user / mo on any plan.
- How do module add-ons work?
- On the Wedge Bundle and need just one operations module — Finance, HR, Procurement or After-Sales? Add it for +$149 / mo instead of stepping up to the full Platform.
- What happens when I exceed my PDF quota?
- Bankable PDFs beyond your plan’s included quota are metered at $29–39 per study — the same per-study rate available standalone if you’d rather not subscribe.
- Why is the Bundle the recommended plan?
- The wedge — a lead becoming a bankable proposal and an engineering package in minutes, with no re-keying — is where Voltara earns its keep. The Bundle is the smallest plan that includes the whole wedge end to end.
- Do you offer regional pricing?
- Yes — Egypt has its own EGP pricing (the Egypt tab above), and packaging can be tailored by market on request, including flat-per-company structures. Contact us and we’ll size it to where you operate.
