- Paddle.com, as our merchant of record. Paddle handles the transaction, billing and applicable taxes, and is the name on your statement; Voltara Systems provides the software. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
- How does annual billing work?
- Annual is monthly × 10 — two months free, on every plan. The Wedge Bundle, for example, is $3,490 / yr instead of twelve months at $349.
- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — the Design Studio comes with a free trial: the full studio with bankable exports for a limited window, after which it stays free to design while bankable export is gated until you subscribe. Request access to start; Dashboard and Bundle demos are founder-led.
- What counts as a seat?
- A named login with a role — the platform ships a 17-role permission model with server-gated actions, so an engineer, an accountant and a site manager each count as one seat. Plans include 3 / 5 / 10 seats; extra seats are +$25 per user / mo above the included band.
- Why is the Bundle the recommended plan?
- The wedge — a lead becoming a bankable proposal and an engineering package in minutes, with no re-keying — is where Voltara earns its keep. The Bundle is the only plan that includes the whole wedge end to end, plus the full operations suite.
- Do you offer regional pricing?
